5 Dozen Fresh Oysters 5 finely chopped Garlic cloves 1/4 C chopped Green Onion 1/4 C Red Onion 1 C Rice Wine Vinegar 2 T Sriracha hot chili sauce ( or your favorite) Salt and Pepper Combine all ingredients (except oysters) in medium bowl. Caramelizing the onions will add more sweet flavor, but not necessary. Add more hot sauce to really set it off. Throw oysters on a hot grill, I recommend using charcoal, and wait for them to start opening. Once they do, crack off the top shell, and droop a spoonful of the sauce mix onto each halfshell oyster and serve them fresh of the grill to friends. Chase with a beer and good times.
